Through career coaching, Christy aspires to help others take control of their careers so that they can achieve more meaningful, fulfilling and balanced lives. Christy’s clients include working parents, mothers returning to work and other individuals wishing to enhance the quality of their lives by viewing their career as part of the overall life they desire. Often times this involves finding the right balance between career and family. As a wife and mother of two young children, she has experienced this challenge first-hand. Christy’s mission is to help people change their view of the acronym T.G.I.F. from Thank God It’s Friday to Thank God It’s Fulfilling!

Participants in Christy’s training classes appreciate her motivational facilitation style. She delivers training programs covering a wide variety of employee and management effectiveness topics including career development, leadership, interpersonal skills, teamwork, interviewing skills, performance management and diversity. She is certified to deliver programs through Development Dimensions International, Blessing White, Lominger and Behavioral Technology.

Christy received her Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri. Christy is a volunteer with Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business, and economics to improve the quality of their lives.
